Anyone had a go at paperless-ngx? I’ve installed it and had a bit of a play today. It was pretty hopeless at tagging documents but would undoubtedly be better with a little added AI.
I suspect it requires a certain discipline to get the most out of it but will no doubt appeal to the GTDers.
I had a little go as well. Paperless does do a lot better with the ai. I would also recommend looking at Firefly III.
My only problem with them is that they require Postgres + Redis. I don’t know enough about them to properly manage the persistent data behind them. Then that leads to my lack of knowledge in making effective backups and being able to restore from said backups.
i have everything running on a proxmox lxc’s.

I was thinking of creating a paperless-ngx for HLB. The server is resource constrained so I probably wouldn’t add in the AI.
I feel I should be running more things in proxmox LXCs but the choice I usually make is docker or vm.
