Dual booting with UEFI

Hi everybody, It’s time we all caught up online again.

I recently managed to get my home computer dual booting Windows and Ubuntu, which was challenging for me because I have been ignoring UEFI for waaay too long now. I got it working, but that was mostly luck, so i’m hoping somebody can help me understand how UEFI works.

David has also been progressing with Ansible so i’m keen to see what he’s accomplished with that.

Looking forward to seeing you all and hearing what you’ve been up to.

Won’t be able to make the talk tomorrow, sadly.

Don’t want to overshadow the talk at all, but I’m interested in any follow up discussion in the thread later in the week. Navigating the quirks of badly implemented UEFI, Secure Boot, and other related issues have certainly thrown some curveballs!
